Tourism Marketing Grant

The Explore Gwinnett Tourism Marketing Grant Program was created to assist our destination partners and events enhance their tourism marketing efforts. Grants can support tourism product development, creative regional marketing, social media marketing and creation of new tourism initiatives. All programming should strive to create overnight visitation, as well as enhancing Gwinnett's overall destination appeal.

Meetings Grant

Explore Gwinnett's "Meetings Mean Business" (MMB) grant was created to support meetings, conventions or conferences generating substantial hotel room nights, food and beverage revenue and creating substantial economic impact. Requirements include minimum contracted hotel room nights within Gwinnett County. The MMB grants are reviewed six times annually.

Both the Tourism Marketing Grant and the Meetings Grant applications need to be submitted with all applicable support documents to Lisa Anders, Executive Director of Explore Gwinnett. All applications must be typewritten and include complete support documentation to be considered. Both grant programs are reimbursement programs only.

Gwinnett Creativity Fund

Gwinnett Creativity Fund recognizes the inherent value of the arts to a community’s success and seeks to increase Gwinnett County’s profile as a cultural, inclusive destination where the arts educate, elevate, and inspire. The Gwinnett Creativity Fund goals are as follows: allow organizations to grow and reach further potential, provide more programmatic and educational opportunities across the county, serve underserved audiences, and enhance the economic development and cultural destination status of Gwinnett County. These grants are administered and managed by Explore Gwinnett.
