Bureau Update Meetings

Explore Gwinnett’s Bureau Update meetings are held on a bi-monthly schedule and are typically in-person meetings. They are collaborative, industry-related meetings offering our hospitality partners upcoming group information, new company updates, marketing initiatives, hospitality industry news, as well as networking. Bureau Update meetings typically have an industry partner or hot topic speaker.

• Bids for conventions
• New attractions, hotels, and business updates
• Tourism collaboration opportunities 
• Networking
• Guest Speakers

Upcoming Meetings:  

• Hospitality Holiday Event: December 11th @ Gas South Convention Center Ballroom from 11 AM - 1 PM

  • This year, Explore Gwinnett has chosen to support Project Kids Eat, a charity dedicated to ensuring children living in extended-stay hotels have nourishing meals and compassionate care. Their mission is deeply personal to us and our community. This year, we will be taking up donations of socks and underwear for toddlers, children, and adult sizes for both boys & girls. 

    • You can either enter as a team (organization) or as an individual to win the grand prize. If you enter as a team, you can win $500 cash prize, and the individual will win $250 cash prize. There will only be one team winner and one individual winner. 
    • Explore Gwinnett will match the donations collected at the event. We are always blown away by the generosity of our hospitality community, and we know this year will be no different. All donations must be turned in by 12 PM. Please try to count your donations ahead of time.
