Rooted in history, but growing all the time.

Evidence of the rich history of Grayson can be found in the names of its schools and on the signs marking the roads, buildings and churches. The names; McConnell, Bennett, Brand, Chandler, Ethridge, Jacobs, Tribble, Cooper, Britt and more, reach out from the past and on into the future. The great-grandchildren of the towns founding fathers remain among us and play vital roles in our current business, worship, politics and social events.

Grayson has been the epicenter of growth in East Gwinnett since the late 1990’s. Located between Snellville and Lawrenceville, Grayson has seen its population nearly quadruple since 2000.

But it is much more than just a great place to live. Though Grayson retains a small-town feel, it is quickly growing into a sophisticated and professional city.

The people of Grayson have a great sense of community – whether cheering for our nationally ranked high school football team or supporting local business ventures and events. A deep appreciation of our past with thoughtful planning for the future and strong community support make Grayson the perfect place to live, work and play.
