Welcome Bags

Explore Gwinnett and the Gwinnett Sports Commission will provide complimentary welcome bags to contracted hotel groups staying at Gwinnett County hotels.

The number provided is based on the number of definite room nights booked.

To request welcome bags, please complete the form, and an Explore Gwinnett sales team member will follow up. Two weeks notice prior to welcome bag pick-up is preferred. Questions? Contact Sales Coordinator, Emily Grgetic at emily@exploregwinnett.org

For groups that qualify based on room nights, Explore Gwinnett will also offer a Red Carpet Roll Out that includes hotel signage, pop-ups and more! Reach out to our sales team for more questions.

All information in the welcome bag request form should be completed, but will remain CONFIDENTIAL. Overall statistics may be reported but will not include company, group or hotel name. Thank you.
