You might think you know the Gwinnett Stripers, but if you haven’t been to a game recently, you’ll find that a lot has changed at Coolray Field. If you’re new here (we’re so happy to have you), the Gwinnett Stripers are a Minor League Baseball team of the International League and the Triple-A affiliate of the Atlanta Braves.

Stripers at Coolray Field

A Stripers game is perfect for a fun day out with friends, date night, team bonding event, or a quick weekend getaway. Every event offers non-stop entertainment, delicious food and drinks, and a good time.

Tickets

If you’re looking for a cheap date, this is it. Lawn tickets are just $9 in advance, or you can snag a seat in the stands for $12. You’ll want to come back again and again, so consider the Hook, 9 and Sinker package, which includes a seat for nine of the Stripers’ most popular games and a Braves game. Popular promo nights in this package include Star Wars Night, Austin Riley Bobblehead Giveaway, and Dinosaur Night with Fireworks. See the complete list of games at milb.com/gwinnett.

Stadium and Tailgating

You can feel the excitement as you enter the stadium on game day. Coolray Field has recently implemented upgrades to improve the fan experience, including updated furnishings and a new state-of-the-art sound system. Tailgating for baseball is a top-notch summer pastime. Just remember, open flame cooking is restricted, and fans can only use parking spaces they paid for. Lots open two hours before the first pitch, so pack a picnic and get pumped up. Located off of I-85 on Buford Drive, Coolray Field is easily accessible and offers ample parking. Other things to note: The Stripers only accept credit/debit for parking payments. Coolray Field guests are allowed one clear bag no larger than a reusable grocery bag.

Promos and Community

There’s never a dull moment at a Stripers game. The season is full of giveaways, fireworks shows, theme nights, special appearances, and weekly promotions. Fan favorite theme nights include Star Wars Night, Pride Night, and Kids Night Out with Bluey™. See the complete list on the team site. For the fifth straight season, the Stripers will transform into the Xolos de Gwinnett on select nights, honoring the culture and traditions of Gwinnett County’s Hispanic and Latino communities for MiLB’s Copa de la Diversión. If you have a young baseball enthusiast, the "Little Anglers Kids Club" is open to all Stripers fans ages 12 and under. For just $20, members receive a Membership Card, a Kids Club apparel item, and one General Admission ticket to all Sunday home games.

Food and Beverage

At Coolray Field, attendees will find flavorful fare of all kinds. Pontoon Brewing Boathouse’s menu includes The Knucksie sandwich (Phil Niekro’s Favorite), fish tacos, and BBQ brisket nachos. Xolos Cantina is another must-try, offering street tacos, walking tacos, and street corn cups. Traditional baseball fare like hotdogs, burgers, Cracker Jacks, and a variety of sweet treats (including Dippin’ Dots) are available throughout the stadium. Beer, canned cocktails, and non-alcoholic drinks are served at various vendors throughout the stadium. Please note: All points of purchase within Coolray Field are now cashless—all of them.

Merch

The Stripers' vibrant green and dark blue team colors lend to some stylish merch. The team store has something for everyone—you’ll find fits for your kids, your pets, and even your beer can. Pick your favorite t-shirt, cap, or jersey, or grab something small, like a keychain, sticker, or mini bat. Visit the store online or in the stadium (open Monday through Tuesday, 10am—4pm, and during game days).

Entertainment Around Town

Coolray Field is minutes from The Mall of Georgia (the largest in the state), which features ample dining, shopping, and entertainment options. Located South of the home field, you’ll find historic downtown Lawrenceville. A favorite among locals, the city is home to Gwinnett County’s first brewery, Slow Pour Brewing Co. The Lawrenceville Arts Center features a variety of excellent entertainment, including popular musicals and hilarious comedy shows. The only difficult decision you’ll have to make is where to eat—the city’s square is surrounded by fantastic restaurants, including Local Republic, Universal Joint, Perry Street Chophouse, Truck and Tap, and so many more.
