Nando's (Peachtree Corners): Small South African eatery at The Forum Peachtree Corners touted for their 24-hour marinated PERi-PERi chicken basted to your preferred spice level.
Food Hall at Homestead (Dacula): COMING SOON and still under development, this is a welcomed addition to the Dacula area. A food hall is planned with several restaurants and regular events for the public.
Fogo de Chao (Buford): Opened April 2026, this is Gwinnett's first Fogo de Chao Brazilian steakhouse. Meat-lovers will delight in numerous meat options and delectable sides, a full bar and memorable desserts round out an enjoyable upscale dinner near Mall of Georgia.
Food Truck Park at Le Maison (Duluth): Opening late 2026, this will be the first food truck park in the Duluth area. Located across the street from Gas South District with rotating food trucks. Be sure to stop in before a concert or for a new dinner option.
Suwanee Circle (Suwanee): DeLay Nature Park in Suwanee now boasts a new food truck lot, Suwanee Circle, with rotating trucks several nights per week, and weekly trivia and theme nights. Adjacent to a park, library and playground Suwanee Circle is a prime location for an evening of family fun.
Alma Mexico (Lawrenceville): Formerly La Cazuela, Alma Mexico has revamped the historic square location to include bright colors, a new name and a new menu.
Golestan - COMING SOON to the Forum in Peachtree Corners is a fresh taste of Persian cuisine to the area. With a menu full of sophisticated yet approachable dishes, an open kitchen, and a dining space inspired by the elegance of Persian architecture, it promises a dining experience that’s as beautiful as it is flavorful.

Gas South District (Duluth): The District is going to start a transformative $170 million renovation to enhance its status as a premier entertainment destination. The project includes a complete overhaul of the Gas South Arena, featuring a new roof, redesigned main entrance, upgraded seating, and improved technology and concessions.
Gwinnett Place Mall Site Revitalization: Gwinnett Place's Macy's has been bought along with 23 surrounding acres by the County Board of Commissioners, with plans for a large mixed-use development in collaboration with Sugarloaf CID and the Atlanta Regional Commission.
The Lawrence: Downtown Lawrenceville is getting a new hotel that plans to be a home-away-from-home for travelers while honoring the city's historic past with an eye toward the future.
Rowen: Georgia's largest (2,000 acres) knowledge community has a mission to become a catalyst for education, research and transformation. Numerous companies driving innovation in medicine, agriculture and the environment will be housed here bringing jobs, homes and economic development to the area.
