The Forum Redevelopment (Peachtree Corners): The Forum has completed its renovation and revision to one of Gwinnett's most favored shopping destinations. The new Politan Row adds to the culinary scene in the Forum, where it will serve as a food hall and bar area. There is a total of 7 restaurants within Politan Row that have anything from traditional Indian dishes to Korean street-style dishes. Along with the food hall, there have also been additions made to parking as well as merchants.
Gwinnett Place Mall Site Revitalization: Gwinnett Place's Macy's has been bought along with 23 surrounding acres by the County Board of Commissioners, with plans for a large mixed-use development in collaboration with Sugarloaf CID and the Atlanta Regional Commission.
The Lawrence: Downtown Lawrenceville is getting a new hotel that plans to be a home-away-from-home for travelers while honoring the city's historic past with an eye toward the future.
