Short Barrel Bourbon: Now distilling in Norcross; appointment only and invitation only
The Rooftop: Rooftop bar now open in Sugar Hill
LR Burger: Now open in downtown Duluth. Owners of Local Republic and Strange Taco are bringing smash burgers and frozen cocktails to Duluth.
Truck-N-Tap: Now open in Lawrenceville and coming soon to Norcross. Serves local craft brews and a new food truck pulls up each day.
Third Rail Distillery: Lawrenceville Depot District. Coming Soon
Refuge Coffee: An Atlanta staple with a positive mission is coming soon to Norcross as part of the new South End Development. Opened 11/2/2023
Big Dave's Cheesesteaks: Now open in Lawrenceville.
H&W Steakhouse: A new steakhouse just opened up in Peachtree Corners
Bitzel's Chocolate: New immersive chocolate factory will lead visitors on a journey from bean to bar offering a 'Willy Wonka-Style Experience' at its new 7,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art facility. Opening in Suwanee this fall
Añejo: Coming to Downtown Lawrenceville in November. It will offer unique contemporary Mexican cuisine with a South Beach feel.

Developments
Gas South District Convention Center: The center has undergone a major $200 million dollar renovation and expansion, doubling its size. The newly renovated space opened this February 2023. The comprehensive renovation spared no details, with new lighting, audio-visual and technology enhancements, group seating, workspaces, public art and an open airy, design. The Exhibit Hall now encompasses over 90,000 square feet of convention space and the venue now boasts 23 meeting rooms, a junior ballroom, and an outdoor event area. Some new features include a green space that connects to Gateway Park and a food hall.
- Atlanta Vibe: Gwinnett's newest professional volleyball team will play their inaugural season at Gas South.
Westin Hotel: Between the Gas South Arena and Gas South Convention Center a headquarters Westin hotel in Duluth is currently under construction with an opening date of March 2024. The 4-star hotel will include 348 rooms, an additional 17,000 SF of conference space, a stunning rooftop bar, and Starbucks.
Pickleball Social: Located at the Exchange near the Mall of Georgia. Pickleball Social combines food and entertainment with world-class indoor and outdoor pickleball courts. You can play with your friends or sign up for lessons, once you are finished enjoy their craft food and signature cocktails. Coming Fall 2023.
Southend Development in Norcross: A mix of restaurant, retail, and entertainment coming to the South End of Norcross.
The Forum Redevelopment (Peachtree Corners): Complete renovation and revisioning for one of Gwinnett's most favorited shopping destinations. More events and gatherings, a new food hall, more parking, and new unique merchants coming soon.
