Buford sits in the northernmost part of Gwinnett sandwiched between Lake Lanier and Mall of Georgia. Come along as we share the highlights for a fun day in Buford.
Morning
Kickstart your day with breakfast at Antoinette's Café. You'll love the Hot ham & Swiss Croissant or you can build you own bagel sandwich. For a mix of coffee and good Instagram material, venture over to Paris Baguette located at the Exchange. If you'd enjoy a heavier breakfast check out Oy! or The Flying Biscuit for omelettes, southern biscuits or steak and eggs.
Once your breakfast has settled head over to Topgolf, Andretti Indoor Karting or Pickle & Social for games and sports. Topgolf is a sprawling entertainment venue with a high-tech driving range & swanky lounge with drinks & games. Andretti offers high speed go-karts and games for all ages. Pickle & Social is a fun indoor/outdoor pickleball destination with a restaurant, bar, cornhole and live music.

Mid-Day
After you've worked up an appetite, visit one of these popular eateries for lunch:
- Rico's World Kitchen: Laid-back café with garage doors & photo-covered walls serving unique dishes from lumpia to po' boys.
- Over the Top Burger Bar: A chef driven concept that focuses on craft beers, burgers, cocktails, & milkshakes.
- Off the Rails Mexican Cantina: Off the Rails is famous for their tableside guacamole and all of the traditional Mexican food favorites.
- Havana South Cuban Restaurant: Colorful, laid-back hangout offering classic Cuban sandwiches & dishes.
After lunch head over the the largest mall in the state of Georgia, Mall of Georgia for shopping, children's play areas and topnotch events. If malls are not your cup of tea, try Queen of Hearts antique store, Galactic Quest comic book shop or Painted Tree, a superstore of handmade shops by local business owners. Once you've gotten your fill of shopping, take in some creations by local artists at Tannery Row Artist Colony. Tannery Row Artist Colony is housed inside of a large turn of the century former leather factory with artisans making selling jewelry, paintings, mixed media pieces and sculptures. If you prefer to get your blood flowing in the outdoors go for a walk at nearby Bogan Park or zipline through the trees at Treetop Quest (seasonal) on the Gwinnett Environmental & Heritage Center campus.
