🐾Chattapoochee Dog Park

Dog owners will love the park’s dedicated dog park, which includes separate areas for small and large dogs, water stations, and shaded seating. It’s a perfect place for pups to run, play, and socialize off-leash.

🌉Historic Pedestrian Bridge

The centerpiece of the park is its beautifully restored historic pedestrian bridge, which connects Rogers Bridge Park in Duluth to Cauley Creek Park in Johns Creek. The bridge offers stunning views of the Chattahoochee River and features a public art installation, “The Shape of Time and Water,” a 27-foot-tall sculpture incorporating steel from the original bridge.

🏃‍♂️Connected to the 3.2-Mile Loop Trail

While the trail itself is part of Cauley Creek Park in Johns Creek, Rogers Bridge Park provides direct access via the pedestrian bridge, making it easy to jump right into one of the area’s longer and most scenic loops! The rubberized surface is gentle on knees and feet, and about half the trail winds through cool, shady spots while the rest is in the sun, so plan accordingly in the summer.

Along the way, you’ll enjoy beautiful views of the Chattahoochee River, and restrooms are conveniently located at the trailhead. This loop is a runner’s dream, perfect for training, with several lookout points to pause and take in the river scenery.

🚣‍♀️Riverfront Fun

With direct access to the Chattahoochee River, you can launch a kayak, go tubing, or just enjoy the calming riverside views. The park offers the perfect mix of active recreation and peaceful riverfront relaxation
