It's always a great day for BBQ!

There's no better place to get your BBQ on than in the south. Gwinnett has some pretty amazing BBQ options, but we're unique, because not only do we have traditional southern barbecue, but we also have Korean variations.

So, here's your guide to enjoying this mouthwatering cuisine. Let's start with a few traditional BBQ joints.

1. Foggy Bottom BBQ (Lawrenceville)

You may recognize Foggy Bottom BBQ from Atlanta Eats. Their new location in downtown Lawrenceville is serving up favorites like BBQ nachos and Brunswick stew. Try Foggy's Brisket Signature, house made pimento cheese and smokes brisket. They also have a second location in Loganville, GA.

You can't talk about BBQ without talking about Dreamland. They’re known for their hickory smoked pork spare ribs. Be sure to finish your meal with their famous banana pudding.

3. Tipsy Pig BBQ (Lilburn)

"Where the swine is fine." That's the slogan of this barbecue maven. You can get great pulled pork with all the traditional fixin's, like collard greens, brunswick stew and baked beans. Tipsy Pig was listed in Zagat's must-try OTP barbecue spots in Atlanta, so be sure to add it to your list.
