E.M. Bop Korean BBQ is a favorite. I love that the all-you-can-eat is only $24.99 for lunch Mon-Fri. Haru Ichiban has been in the community for a long time. They have excellent service and the quality of food is amazing! Pepe’s Mexican Restaurant is always fresh and has big portions that are very shareable! Service is top-notch.
2. When you're helping groups with an event at Gas South Convention Center, where do you suggest they stay? What makes these hotels extra special?
I love the princess mirrors in the rooms at Embassy Suites by Hilton Atlanta NE Gwinnett Sugarloaf. Their complementary afternoon reception that occurs daily is a must!
Aloft Lawrenceville has a very cool lobby with pool tables and board games. Plus it’s a dog-friendly hotel and it's within walking distance to Sugarloaf Mills Mall.
Courtyard Duluth Downtown is in the heart of historic Duluth. Walkability to restaurants, entertainment, shopping, and the town green make this a fun place to stay.
3. Where do you go when you're in the mood for a good cocktail, and what do you order?
Fumi Hibachi and Sushi in Duluth has a fun bar with creative cocktails. I recommend the Lychee Martini made by Michelle!
4. Gwinnett offers a lot of cool activities. Where do you go when you're looking for something exciting to do?
I love going to Main Event with my teenager. You can play for hours without getting bored. The food is great, and it's affordable!
5. In your opinion, what is one unique thing that sets Gwinnett apart from other destinations?
Gwinnett’s diversity sets us apart! You can get a variety of authentic dining and shopping experiences without ever leaving the county.
