Multicultural Week

Overview

Celebrate the opening night of Multicultural Week with an explosion of flavor and community. International food trucks will line Main Street offering global eats, while live music by Mariachi Mexico sets the scene. Guests can enjoy free henna, festive photo ops, and a vibrant street atmosphere as we kick off this cultural celebration in the heart of Downtown Duluth.

8/26 Live Music by Mariachi México

6–9 p.m. | Parsons Alley

Kick off Multicultural Week with the lively sounds of Mariachi México in Parsons Alley. Enjoy an evening of traditional mariachi music, crowd favorites and vibrant performances in the heart of Downtown Duluth.

Multicultural Story Time

7 p.m. | Gigglebark Tree

Families are invited to gather at the Gigglebark Tree for a special story time celebrating cultures and stories from around the world.

8/27 Parsons Thursday Nights Out: Multicultural Art in the Alley

6–9 p.m. | Parsons Alley

Celebrate creativity and culture during a special edition of Parsons Thursday Nights Out. Guests of all ages can enjoy multicultural crafts and hands-on activities inspired by traditions from around the world.

8/28 Rock the Block: Multicultural Night

6–9 p.m. | Downtown Duluth

Experience an exciting evening filled with music, movement and flavors from across the globe. Multicultural Night will feature live cultural performances and international food trucks throughout Downtown Duluth.
