Overview
The historic Wynne-Russell House in Lilburn is available for rental for small groups such as meetings, showers, and family gatherings. It is also ideal for photoshoots and filming. The downstairs great room will accommodate 30 with chairs and 20-25 with tables set up. Weekday rentals are $50 for three-hour rental and $100 for eight hour day. Week-end rentals are $75 for three hours and $150 for eight hours. Rates for special events and usages that involve more than 30 with plans to use the grounds are available on request.
