Overview
🐾 “Who Let the Dogs Out?” is one of Suwanee Town Center’s most playful and heartwarming public art pieces. Created by artist Jim Collins, the sculpture features a lively pack of life-sized Dalmatians made from powder-coated stainless steel, frozen mid-stride as if they’ve just burst into the park.
