Singleton Park Mural

Overview

Singleton Park, located on Singleton Road, covers more than two acres. It includes a playground, a covered picnic area, restroom facilities, a 41-space parking lot, and a 12-foot-wide concrete multiuse trail that runs three-quarters of a mile from Singleton Road to Dickens Road. The new trail is part of the 2018 Gwinnett Trails Countywide Trails Master Plan, which aims to connect Norcross to Lilburn and improve access to outdoor recreation. An internal loop trail also links the park to the nearby neighborhood.A 2,600-square-foot mural is also featured at the park. The mural was designed by local youth and community members with guidance from Art in Motion and artist Ken Dushane. Art in Motion received support through a Gwinnett Creativity Fund Placemaking Grant for the project.
