Overview

This project was a collaboration between the Lawrenceville Arts Commission, Explore Gwinnett, Georgia Gwinnett College, the City of Lawrenceville, and artist Angela Bortone. Much more than street-side decoration; it's a community-built gateway, meant to welcome and uplift daily commuters and visitors near GGC. Magnolias on a Sweet Breeze is more than paint on a wall; it’s a gentle reminder that beauty thrives where community gathers, mindfulness meets action, and local identity is celebrated.
