Living Honorarium Sculpture
Overview
The Living Honorarium is more than just a sculpture—it’s a powerful gesture of gratitude. Commissioned by the City of Duluth, this public art piece stands as a living tribute to the brave individuals who serve and protect our communities every day. Unlike traditional memorials that often honor those we've lost, The Living Honorarium celebrates the living. It was thoughtfully created to recognize the courage and selflessness of our nation’s veterans from all branches of the military, as well as the dedicated men and women serving in police, fire, and emergency medical services. These are the people who run toward danger, respond in moments of crisis, and embody the very definition of public service. Whether you're a veteran, a first responder, or someone who simply wants to say thank you, this sculpture is a place where appreciation lives on.
