After 25 years as an Executive Chef, Jose made the bold decision to leave the restaurant industry during the pandemic and pursue his passion for creating exceptional food. Despite significant challenges, he worked three jobs to support his family while dedicating himself to developing his dream birria business. In 2021, Jose took his business to new heights by teaming up with his daughters, Alexis and Caylee, to host pop-ups at breweries, local neighborhoods, and community events. The family’s dedication and Jose's irresistible birria gained widespread acclaim, making their venture a resounding success.
