Fresca Trattoria

Overview

Fresca seeks to satiate both the palate and the soul. Fresca is the collaboration of two chefs with over 40 years of experience in the culinary field. While the calendar tells us there are only four seasons in the year, the harvest says differently. From fresh pea shoots and ramps in the early spring to the crispness of a ripe quince in late October, our menus will change to feature fruits and vegetables during their true growing season. Wood-fired pizzas, handmade pastas, freshly roasted and smoked meats, and whimsical desserts complete the menus.
