Chrystie Calderon and sushi chef Geovanny Perez make up the team behind Barcito Sushi. Perez has been building a local following as a sushi chef for about 20 years, working at several sushi restaurants in the Atlanta area, including Happy Sumo, before branching into his own space. Now they’re expanding, with the first brick-and-mortar space under the Barcito Sushi name.
