Gwinnett's premier professional golf tournament, Mitsubishi Electric Classic presented by Vensure, returns April 22-28, 2024 at TPC Sugarloaf in Duluth. This event is a PGA TOUR Champions event so keep your eyes peeled for numerous golf legends like Miguel Ángel Jiménez, Stewart Cink, Ernie Els, Bernhard Langer, Steve Stricker, Vijay Singh and Jim Furyk. The event, which will benefit local charities through the Gwinnett Championship Foundation Inc., has raised over $4.1 million since 2013.
The week is full of activities beyond just observing some of the greatest in the game play to win a share of the $2 million prize purse. A few of the week's activities include:

GSGA Adaptive Golf Clinic (April 26th, 1-2:30pm)
The GSGA Adaptive Golf Program is a complimentary community program powered by the Georgia State Golf Association and Adaptive Golf Association with a mission to empower individuals with physical, cognitive, or sensory impairments to enhance one’s life through the game of golf. Open to all ages and ability and with trained coaches and specialized adaptive equipment, the program offers the opportunity to find the best techniques and resources to play and enjoy this great game.
If you're a first-timer you can get a quick lesson in golf etiquette here. If you're not new to the game of golf then you might just need some direction on spectator guides, cell phone policy and security. You'll find all that and more in the Fan Information section on the MEC website.
What happens if there is inclement weather?
Observe the electronic scoreboards throughout the golf course for Weather Alert Scale information that will appear to define the threat level of the inclement weather based on the potential likelihood and severity of presenting dangerous conditions.
Can I ask players for autographs?
Asking for autographs once a player begins a competitive round, Friday to Sunday is prohibited. Players may elect to sign autographs prior to or at the conclusion of their round in the designated Go Technology Management Autograph Zone near the 18th Green.
Where do I park?
All parking for ticket holders will be available at the Gas South District (directions). Spectator parking will be $10.00 per car, per day. Pre-paid parking passes can be purchased at Ticketmaster.com or GasSouthDistrict.com under the Mitsubishi Electric Classic event. If you have pre-paid for parking, print your parking pass or have it ready on your mobile phone to present to the parking attendant.
Shuttle service to and from TPC Sugarloaf, host course to the Mitsubishi Electric Classic presented by Vensure, will be complimentary.
Can I Uber or Lyft to the event?
Rideshare pick-up location is located adjacent to the shuttle bus staging area at Gas South District (6400 Sugarloaf Parkway, Duluth, GA 30097). Those utilizing a ride share service to Gas South District will then take a complimentary shuttle to and from TPC Sugarloaf, host course to the Mitsubishi Electric Classic presented by Vensure.
Where can I access ADA parking?
A limited number of ADA accessible parking is available for vehicles with a valid state permit at TPC Sugarloaf (directions), host course to the Mitsubishi Electric Classic presented by Vensure, and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Additionally, ADA accessible parking and complimentary shuttles are available at the Gas South District.
