Little Mulberry Park features eight scenic trails that range from short, easy loops to longer, more challenging routes. Together, they cover more than 15 miles of paved and natural paths winding through forests, meadows, and around peaceful lakes. You’ll find everything from wide open fields and shaded ravine trails to horseback riding paths and gentle walking loops. Most of the trails are dog-friendly too, so it’s a great place to get some exercise with your four-legged friend while taking in the scenery.

🥏 Sports, Recreation & Outdoor Fun

Little Mulberry Park is a dream spot for anyone who loves outdoor recreation. Anglers can cast a line at the fishing lakes located near the Auburn and Dacula entrances, both stocked and easy to access from the trails. Disc golf fans will want to check out the park’s 18-hole course off Hog Mountain Road, complete with shaded fairways, rolling terrain, and a mix of open and wooded holes that keep the game interesting.

Horse lovers aren’t left out either. The equestrian entrance off Mineral Springs Road includes trailer parking and access to over five miles of soft-surface trails perfect for riding. With beautiful wooded paths and wide-open spaces, it’s one of the best spots in Gwinnett for horseback adventures.

 

🛝 Playgrounds & Pavillions

Families will love the playgrounds located at both the Auburn and Disc Golf entrances. Between playtime, visitors can relax at shaded pavilions or enjoy a meal at one of the picnic areas with built-in grills. The park’s open green space also makes a great backdrop for frisbee, kite-flying, or a laid-back family day outside.

 

🌄 Bonus Feature: One of Gwinnett’s Highest Points

Be sure to stop by the Overlook Area at the Auburn entrance. On clear days, you can see all the way to Stone Mountain! It’s one of the highest points in Gwinnett County and a fantastic spot for sunrise or sunset photos.
