Summer is when the salad options start to bloom, thanks to all the fresh produce being picked. You will see more fruits and vegetables as toppings on the menu, making for one colorful plate when it gets delivered to the table. Firebirds Wood Fired Grill

Located in Peachtree Corners Town Center, Firebirds offers their signature Grilled Tenderloin Salad. It consists of mixed greens topped with wood grilled tenderloin, blue cheese crumbles and diced tomatoes.  The chef recommends balsamic vinaigrette as the dressing.

The Crossing Steakhouse

Do not let the steakhouse name fool you, The Crossing has eight salads to choose from! Try the Southern-Style salad, mixed greens and romaine topped with red onions, Granny Smith apples, warm sweet cornbread croutons, walnuts, and pecan pies, with bacon-honey mustard dressing. This salad is all things southern. 

 

D'Floridian 

Downtown Lawrenceville, widely recognized as a vibrant culinary destination, offers no shortage of flavorful and diverse options, even when it comes to salads. One standout is the Puerto Salad at D’Floridian on the Square. This refreshing dish features a crisp spring mix topped with sweet dried cranberries, shredded cheese, crunchy roasted almonds, and a perfectly grilled 8 oz Norwegian salmon filet. It's a satisfying and wholesome choice that blends tropical flair with fresh, high-quality ingredients.

Rico's World Kitchen

Nestled in downtown Buford, Rico's World Kitchen may look small, but their food will fill you up. If you like fried green tomatoes then you will love their Fried Green Tomato Salad, served on top of mixed greens, and topped with Applewood bacon and blue cheese.

La Belle Vie

If you're in the mood for something elegant or French-inspired, head to La Belle Vie in Suwanee. One standout dish is their Tuna Tataki Salad—featuring perfectly grilled tuna atop a fresh mix of lettuce, tomato, red onion, cucumber, and parmesan, finished with a boiled egg, basil vinaigrette, and a drizzle of teriyaki glaze. 

 

Local on North

It doesn't get more local than Local on North's Local Salad. This is the perfect fresh summer salad if you are looking for something more original. On top of the local artisan greens it has, farm egg, cheddar cheese, tomato, bacon, house made croutons, and topped with poppy-seed vinaigrette. Try it with the gulf shrimp added on top.
