One favorite is the Chinese-Korean counter which specializes in thick cut noodles served with a delectable brown sauce knows as jjang jjang myun. If you're in the mood for something a little spicier then try the jjam pong, a rich and spicy seafood broth with noodles. A favorite among many Koreans who can't decide on one is jjamja myun which is a special serving dish that lets you have the best of both worlds.

Another popular counter is the Korean-Japanese counter that serves donkastu, a breaded and deep fried pork cutlet with a savory dipping sauce. If you are feeling like some lighter fare, then you have a choice of mixed rice bowl dishes or sushi rolls. There is also a counter with some of best wings and homemade burgers for less adventurous appetites.

The Assi food court is truly a one shop stop. There is a mini Cafe Mozart kiosk that serves us popular Korean bakery treats and coffee to wash down your fulfilling meal. If you're in a rush, all of the vendors provide take-out service that is especially popular given the number of small businesses and stores in the surrounding area. The service is always very friendly and prices per dish are usually between $8 and $10.

So, the next time you are looking for a quick bite at a great price, be sure to stop by Assi. You can also take care of your grocery needs while you're here, and you are guaranteed not to go shopping on an empty stomach!
