Shop Small This Father’s Day

Not sure what to get Dad this Father’s Day? We recommend you shop small, and grab something unique!

Gwinnett’s full of one-of-a-kind stores. Here are just a few recommendations of where you can pick up a gift for the dad in your life.

The Chocolaterie
Is Dad a chocoholic? If so, he’ll love a sweet surprise from The Chocolaterie in downtown Duluth. Known for their famous triple-dipped strawberries, they offer a range of tasty treats.

Pooch N Paws
As much as your dad loves you, he may have a fur-child that he loves, too! Head over to Pooch N Paws where you can find pet accessories for your dad’s favorite dog or cat. Be sure to stop by their bakery for seasonal and themed cookies!

Exhibit A(le)
Exhibit A(le) in Lawrenceville features delicious, often alternating beers, so that you can taste all kinds of cool brews. Grab Dad a growler (which he can refill later) of a craft beer on tap.

Tannery Row Artist Colony
If Dad’s into art, head over to the Tannery Row Artist Colony where artists maintain a studio and produce original art in their own unique style. Admission is free, and the colony is open Tuesday through Saturday from 12 – 5pm. You can also purchase a piece if something catches his eye! Grab a bite to eat at the Tannery Row Ale House while you’re there.

Taste of Britain
Looking for something a little more international? Taste of Britain offers a range of foods from England, Scotland, Wales and Ireland, along with a wide selection of British gift ware. Grab Dad a Herringbone cap or a traditional dimpled pint glass. They’re also offering a great Father's Day giveaway on their Facebook!

With these recommendations, you have no excuse. Get out there, grab a gift for Dad and shop local this Father’s Day!
