Sadie's List: Gwinnett's Best Dog-Friendly Gifts

Don't forget about your dogs this Christmas.

You may have noticed that one of our magazine covers has an adorable dog on it, that is our mascot, Sadie. She is here to remind you that dogs need Christmas presents too! We talked with Sadie and rounded up her favorite places for doggie gifts.

Prioritize Health

Humans aren't the only ones who worry about their weight this time of year, dogs have resolutions too. If you are looking for healthier and natural pet products, Earthwise in Suwanee and Buford is the place to go. They have a great selection of treats, bones, food, and toys for your furry friend. Their staff has also undergone professional training in Pet Nutrition if you have any questions about what to feed your dog.

A Day at the Spa

Pamper your pooch this Christmas! Gwinnett has many wonderful spas and grooming places. Swanky Pet Spa in Lawrenceville will treat your dog like the most fabulous pet on the planet. Pampered Paws in Peachtree Corners specializes in high-end professional grooming, they also have a mobile dog grooming service.

Sweet Treats

Did you know there was a bakery in Gwinnett that makes special treats for pets? If not, well now you know.  Three Dog Bakery in Grayson has a great selection of cakes, bones, bars, and treats of all different sizes. Every item is safe for dogs. They have personal cakes for just your pup or a whole cake to share with others. They even sell packaged goodies to take home for daily treat time.

A Day Away

Everyone deserves a day away, even your dog. Camp Bow Wow is the perfect place to send your dog for a day to burn some energy. They also offer boarding, grooming, and training. Camp Bow Bow has live camera feeds so you can check in on your pet throughout the day. Check out one of their Gwinnett locations in Duluth or Lawrenceville.

Gwinnett Dogs

Post by Clara Rooks

Clara lived in Dacula for 14 years before moving to Bethlehem with her husband and Goldendoodles, Sadie and Tally. She loves to get a book from the local library and take it to one of Gwinnett's many coffee spots. Outside of work you can find her fishing with her husband, going for a run, getting smoothies or hanging out with family.
