Burgers & Brews: Round 2
There's more where that came from.
We're back to give you a taste of a few more burgers that'll be offered during Burgers & Brews Week. Of course, we can't literally give you a taste—you'll have to do that yourself.
- Raise your hand if you're a fan of all things southern. 1910 Public House in Lilburn has the burger for you. The "I Do Declare" includes two thin patties with 1910's homemade pimento cheese in between, topped with fried pickles. If you're not southern, I bet you wish you were now. Goes best with a Monday Night Slap Fight.
- Universal Joint is throwing it back with their Anniversary Burger, a special sandwich made for their one year anniversary. If you missed it then, you can try it now. The burger is topped with tomato jam, cheddar cheese, tobacco fried onions and a fried egg. Try this with Blue Point Toasted Lager.

- Local Republic may have moved locations, but they're still offering great dishes. The El Chapo has a little kick and a unique patty made of in-house ground seasoned pork. The burger is topped with avocado, pico and cotija cheese and is served on a jalapeño bun. Order a New Belgium Dayblazer Easygoing Ale to bring out the taste in this burger.
- If you like things a little spicy, you'll love McCray's Tavern on the Square's Sweet Heat Cravin' burger. You'll get a chipotle spiced angus patty with melted pepper jack cheese topped with candied jalapenos, peppered bacon and arugula, finished with a tobacco aioli. McCray's collaborated with Southern Brewing Company to create their Cravin' Cray IPA, which will go great with your burger.
Burgers & Brews kicks off in less than two weeks. Get ready!
