Burgers & Brews: Round 1

We've teased you enough. Check out some of the stars of Burgers & Brews Week.

We hope you're super excited about Burgers & Brews Week, taking place March 19-25. In its inaugural year, Burgers & Brews will feature specialty, à la carte burgers for just $7 at 12 participating restaurants. At each restaurant you'll also find a suggested beer to pair with your burger (at an additional cost). We're taking out the guess work, so you don't have to make the decision.

When we say "specialty," we mean it. Here are just four of the amazing burgers you can expect to try during Burgers and Brews Week.

  • True to their menu, Ba Bellies in Peachtree Corners will be offering a Korean BBQ style burger. This scrumptious little sandwich has a slight kick and an amazing Asian flair. It goes great with Reformation Brewery's Jude Belgian-Style Tripel.
  • You'll think you're on the West Coast when you try Pub Ten's California burger. The fried mushrooms made me wonder, "why aren't there fried mushrooms on everything?" Keep up the California theme with a Wolf Pup Session IPA from Golden Road Brewery.

  • Do you like filet mignon? How about brisket? At Ten Bistro, you'll get both in your burger, as well as applewood smoked bacon and a sweet jalapeño cucumber and red onion relish. Try it with Monday Night Brewing's Drafty Kilt Scotch Ale.
  • I love a good pretzel with cheese, but combining it with a burger? Best idea ever. Three Blind Mice will be serving up their pretzel style burger, complete with beer cheese. Try it with Bibo from Creature Comforts—it's also in the beer cheese, so really a perfect pairing.

There are more burgers to come, so stay tuned!
