Oh What Fun!
Explore Gwinnett Annual Holiday Party
Lace-up your sneakers and bring your competitive and holiday spirit to this year's party. There will be competitive activities and fun sports-related games. Join us on December 5th at 4 pm at Gas South Convention Center in the Tommy Hughes Ballroom. Food and drinks are provided.
Donation Drive:
This year our chosen charity is Project Kids Eat. They support kids who live in extended-stay hotels. Please bring new and unopened socks or underwear of any size, from toddler to adult.
- You can either enter as a team (organization) or individual to win the grand prize. If you enter as a team you can win $500 and the individual will win $250. There will only be one team winner and one individual winner.
- Explore Gwinnett will match the donations collected that night. We are always blown away by the generosity of our hospitality community and we know this year will be no different.
- All donations must be turned in by 6 PM. Please try to count your donations ahead of time.
Best Fan Gear:
- If you want to enter for “Best Fan Gear” contest please check in at the registration desk and let them know by 6:15 pm.
- The winner will be chosen by Explore Gwinnett staff vote and the prize a $50 gift card to a local restaurant.

Parking:
Please park in Deck 1 and walk across the courtyard into the Convention Center. Once you enter the lobby take the escalator down to the left and the ballroom is at the end of the first floor. Parking is $5
