The downstairs great room will accommodate 30 with chairs and 20-25 with tables set up. Week day rentals are $50 for three-hour rental and $100 for eight hour day. Week-end rentals are $75 for three hours and $150 for eight hours. Rates for special events and usages that involve more than 30 with plans to use the grounds are available on request. The historic home does not accommodate wheelchairs.
