What the Pho!

2442 Pleasant Hill Rd, Duluth, GA 30096 View Map

Pho has been described as the National Dish of Vietnam.? At What the Pho! Restaurants, the pho broth is a meticulous twelve-hour process. They use fresh, quality beef bones, whole sides of brisket and flank, traditional herbs, aromatic vegetables and skinless chicken breasts to develop our savory broths.

Combine the special broth with fresh rice noodles, thinly sliced cuts of eye round steak, brisket and flank, book tripe, tendon, fresh squeezed lime, bean sprouts, sliced jalapenos and fragrant basil leaves, a large steaming bowl is hard to resist.
