The City of Sugar Hill, Georgia has had the "drama" itch for years. 2014 brought with it a new group of fresh faces at City Hall. New Mayor Steve Edwards was on a mission to build a strong-vibrant Arts scene right here in Sugar Hill.

In January of 2014, a group of Sugar Hill citizens approached the Mayor with the bold vision of a brand-new Community Theater Group in the growing city of Sugar Hill, Georgia. About 30 days later the Players Guild @ Sugar Hill was born!
