Phoenix Gardens is a small, locally-owned farm dedicated to the principles of organic and naturally sustainable crip production and the "Buy Local" movement. They grow vegetables, herbs and fruits, and also make a variety of products, including hot sauces, herb blends and rubs. Their specialty is heirloom tomatoes, eggplants and peppers. They are adding heritage chicken breeds for the production of organic eggs. Using naturally sustainable methods to raise crops and a commitment to working with the land, Phoenix Gardens is a local treasure.

They are a member of Georgia Organics, Local Harvest and the Lawrenceville Farmers Market.
