Executive Chef/Partner Tony Le’s passion for Chicken Pho (Phở Gà) began at a young age when his parents opened their first restaurant on Kensington Ave in Philadelphia. He grew up working at the famous Cafe Pho Ga Thanh Thanh, perfecting the recipe and watching the restaurant grow to success. What was once a hole-in-the-wall is now a destination for foodies from all over and Chef Tony is ready to expand upon what his family started by sharing this iconic Phở Gà with the world.

Pho Ga Tony Tony focuses on only high quality ingredients, a slow and generous cook time, and of course a couple hidden secrets. This is Phở Gà like you’ve never had before, so delicious you’ll cry, and so comforting you’ll feel like you’re being hugged by your grandmother. That is, if your grandmother is a Vietnamese dude named Tony and makes the best chicken soup in history.
