The concept is a build-your-own boil. Patrons choose the seafood for the boil from mussels, clams, shrimp, crawfish, lobster, snow crab legs, king crab legs and Dungeness crabs. Three sauces are available to choose from to add to the boil – butter, lemon pepper and Louisiana. Pick your sauce spiciness from mild to extra hot, then sides such as sausage, garlic noodles, corn on the cob or potatoes. Basket meals from the fryer are offered including calamari, fish and chips, wings and chicken tenders.
