Now customers can stop in for a plate of food and end up enjoying a delicious, relaxed family meal. "Faith, family and fresh barbecue", that's the motto of Foggy Bottom BBQ.
The menu includes appetizer-type foods listed as “For the Table,” as well as salads, sandwiches, samplers, to go meat and six types of "Pit Plates", a lineup of traditional barbecue staples including pulled pork, beef brisket, smoked chicken, ribs, smoked turkey and a “Pit Master Plate” which includes your choice of three meats.
Side dishes include fries, sweet potato fries, baked beans, mac and cheese, coleslaw, collard greens, Mama J’s Red Beans and Rice and Brunswick stew.
And like any southern restaurant worth its salt, banana pudding is offered for dessert.
